This notice explains how Rework, a web design and development studio based in Cork, Ireland, uses personal information submitted through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact enquires@reworkweb.ie.
What we collect
When you submit a project enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, chosen service, budget range, project description, and the time of submission. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the project description. We may add internal notes when following up on your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your details to understand your project, respond to your enquiry, and discuss a possible working relationship. The legal basis for this is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Administrative records relating to that conversation are used for our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries. We do not add you to marketing lists through this form.
Where your information goes
Enquiries are stored in our website database and are available to authorised administrators. When email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are sent through Resend to Rework's sales mailbox. Our mailbox provider also processes those messages and our replies. Hosting and email services may process information on our behalf; we use appropriate contractual safeguards where required. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and manage the potential project. Enquiries that do not lead to work are reviewed for deletion. If we enter a contract, relevant records may be retained for contractual, accounting, or legal obligations. You can ask us about a specific record or request its deletion.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the address above. You can also make a complaint to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Cookies and analytics
The public website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Signing in to the private admin area creates an essential, secure session cookie that expires after eight hours. Fonts and visual assets are served by this website.
Keeping information safe
Admin access is password protected and the application uses validation and request limits to help prevent misuse. No system can guarantee absolute security. If you have a concern, contact support@reworkweb.ie.
